The former prime minister Nawaz Sharif said that his wife Kalsoom Nawaz was in highly critical condition and she was not in conscious since he came here in London.
Talking to media outside the hospital, PML-N supremo said that doctors apprised him that Kalsoom Nawaz was in critical condition and she was not in her senses from last week.
“I should be here close to him in such difficult time, however, some time all adversities come all together and one can’t easily tackle them,” he said.
While asking for prayers for the early recovery of Begum Kalsoom, he said, her condition was not stable since he came here (from Pakistan).
Nawaz said that he is hopeful of her full recovery from Almighty Allah.
The ex-prime minister’s wife was admitted to the hospital on June 14 after suffering a cardiac arrest and has been on life support since.
